Brask Management, Pantano Motorsport and Giorgio
Pantano have today changed their legal representative for the High
Court case against Super Nova for damages set for June 24th, 2002.
Avv. Giovanni Di Stefano of Studio Legale Internazionale will now
represent Brask Management, Pantano Motorsport and Giorgio Pantano.
Lars-Christian Brask, Brask Management: "I have
for some years known Mr. Di Stefano socially, via common friends.
When we were recommended from the powers that be in Italian
motor sport to seek the services of Mr. Di Stefano for this high
profile and very important court action, the choice was a clear
one.
Mr. Di Stefano and his Studio Legale Internationale
have in the past been, and are at present, involved with
some very high profile cases and as far as I am aware they
have never lost in court. We certainly don't intend to be part
of breaking that track record.
We feel that we have a very strong case and
now we have put a first class team on it to achieve what could set
a significant legal example for future broken contacts in the entertainment
and sport industry."
