The EGM held on Monday 26th April resulted in Lars-Christian
Brask stepping down from the board due to his new
position as MD of Swiss EFG Bank in Denmark. Alf Boarer
stays on as a Director, but only to facilitate an
orderly and controlled wind down of the company. Alf
Boarer will sell of the main asset of BML, which is
the debt owed to the company by and the contract with
Giorgio Pantano.
